If you are using the site on behalf of a minor, school, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority or appropriate permission to do so.

Tech Your Way is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that equips youth with AI literacy, digital skills, and hands-on learning experiences. The website is intended to provide public information, educational resources, program information, request forms, pathway exploration, and community engagement opportunities.

Information on this site is provided for educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical, mental health, career, employment, or professional advice.

Program descriptions, pathway information, course previews, quiz results, and resources are not guarantees of admission, enrollment, certification, scholarship, employment, wages, academic outcomes, or career results.

Tech Your Way serves youth, including students ages 8-17. Students under 13 should not submit personal information through the site without parent or guardian consent.

Parents, guardians, educators, or authorized adults should supervise youth use of the site where appropriate and should review our Privacy Policy to understand how information may be collected and used.

This website does not operate as a full public learning management system. Course, program, pathway, and learning opportunity pages provide information and request forms.

Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance, access, enrollment, a scholarship, a certificate pathway, or placement in any program or community. Tech Your Way reviews submissions and responds based on availability, eligibility, program fit, safety, capacity, and operational needs.

The Tech Your Way quiz and AI-related content are designed to help users explore interests, learning pathways, and possible technology directions. Quiz results are educational suggestions, not formal assessments.

AI-related resources may discuss AI tools, skills, responsible use, safety, privacy, and career pathways. Users should not rely on quiz results or AI-related content as a sole basis for educational, career, legal, financial, or employment decisions.

Confidence Corner and related wellness content may include affirmations, breathing activities, mindfulness prompts, reflection activities, social-emotional learning content, and encouragement. This content is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, or a substitute for professional care.

If a student is in immediate danger, experiencing a crisis, or needs urgent support, they should contact a trusted adult, emergency services, or an appropriate crisis support resource.

You agree not to misuse the site. This includes submitting false information, impersonating another person, attempting to access systems without authorization, interfering with site operations, uploading harmful code, scraping content, spamming forms, harassing others, or using the site for unlawful purposes.

Tech Your Way may restrict access, remove submissions, or decline follow-up where misuse, safety concerns, abuse, or inappropriate conduct occurs.

The Tech Your Way name, logo, website design, text, graphics, images, curriculum concepts, resources, downloadable materials, and other content are owned by Tech Your Way or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.

You may view and share public website pages for personal, educational, or nonprofit awareness purposes. You may not copy, sell, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Tech Your Way content without written permission.

If you submit messages, form responses, ideas, feedback, testimonials, photos, videos, student work, or other content, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right and permission to submit it.

Do not submit sensitive information, confidential information, private student records, medical information, Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or information you do not have permission to share.

The site may link to or use third-party services such as donation platforms, email tools, form tools, analytics providers, certificate partners, event platforms, or learning tools.

Tech Your Way is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, policies, security practices, content, or services. Your use of third-party platforms may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Donation and sponsorship information is provided for nonprofit support purposes. Donation payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Tech Your Way does not guarantee that any donation will result in a specific program placement, sponsorship benefit, tax outcome, or public recognition unless expressly agreed in writing.

Where Tech Your Way references partner-supported certificate or career pathways, credentials are issued by the applicable partner organization or platform, not by Tech Your Way, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Tech Your Way may provide awareness, enrollment support, cohort guidance, program support, or learning encouragement, but does not control partner credential requirements, completion standards, platform access, or issuance decisions.

The site and its content are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Tech Your Way does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, complete, or free of harmful components.

We may update, remove, pause, or change website content, programs, forms, features, or resources at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Your Way and its officers, directors, team members, volunteers, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages arising from use of the site, reliance on site content, third-party services, or inability to access the site.
